6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed for dispatch or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Customers must contact us at info@malimaliclothing.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit in accordance with the Mali Mali Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Final sale items, limited-release products, intimates, accessories, and any items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
